CERTIFICATIONS & COMPLIANCE
Independently Tested and Fully Compliant
AnchorPro anchor points meet and exceed all applicable British and European standards for personal fall protection and façade access equipment. Every anchor point undergoes rigorous independent third-party testing by DEKRA Exam GmbH (Notified Body 0158), a German UKAS-verified inspection body providing objective verification that systems perform as specified when workers’ lives depend on them.
Manufactured in our EN 1090:2018 certified facility with ISO 9001:2015 quality management, full material traceability, documented weld procedure specifications, and coded welders qualified to EN ISO 9606-1. Project-specific structural calculations, installation certificates, material certificates, DEKRA test reports and compliance documentation are provided as standard, ensuring complete audit trails for health and safety compliance and CDM requirements.

FAQS
AnchorPro Frequently Asked Questions
Both options deliver the same certified safety performance, but the difference is when and how they're installed.
Cast-in anchors are installed during the concrete pour on new-build projects. They integrate directly into the structure, eliminate drilling and resin use, and often reduce the installation risk and cost.
Post-fixed anchors are installed after construction using chemical or mechanical fixings. They're ideal for retrofit projects and existing buildings.
Both are tested to 21kN static and 12kN dynamic loads and certified to EN 795:2012. We'll recommend the most suitable option based on your project stage and structure.
The number of anchors depends on how your building is accessed and maintained.
Key considerations include:
- Roof access locations
- Areas requiring regular maintenance
- Safe travel distances between anchors
- Rescue and clearance requirements
- Compliance with the Working at Height Regulations 2005 and BS 7883:2019
Rather than guessing, we offer a complimentary site survey. Our engineers assess your building and provide a compliant, cost-effective anchor layout tailored to your access needs.
AnchorPro anchors are independently tested and certified to:
- 21kN static load
- 12kN dynamic load (EN 795:2012 fall arrest testing)
All load ratings are clearly marked on the anchor, and site-specific structural calculations are completed for every installation. Full certification and DEKRA test documentation are provided as standard.
Yes. AnchorPro is designed to work with our Fixing Spacer system to protect roof waterproofing.
The spacer raises above the membrane, allowing safe load testing and inspections without breaking the seal. It helps prevent water ingress and supports compliance with BS 7883:2019.
Spaces are available in mild or stainless and are compatible with all surface-mounted AnchorPro models.
AnchorPro can be installed into reinforced concrete, structural steel, and precast concrete - subject to structural verification.
Each installation requires project-specific calculations to confirm load capacity and edge disances. Our engineering team provides certified structural caluclations with every specification.
We never assume substrate suitability, it is always verified.
Inspection requirements follow BS 7883:2019:
- Before every use: Visual check for damage or corrosion
- Annually (minimum): Inspection by a competent person with written records
- After a fall event: Immediate inspection and potential recertification
We can support with inspection guidance or recommend qualified inspection services to keep your system compliant.
Yes. AnchorPro features industry-standard connection points compatible with:
- Self-retracting lifelines (SRLs)
- Energy absorbing lanyards
- Horizontal lifeline systems
- Rope access and work positioning equipment
All connections must be EN-certified and used in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Compatibility should always be confirmed before use.
Every installation includes a complete compliance check:
- Structural calculations signed by a chartered engineer
- Installation drawings and fixing schedules
- DEKRA test certification
- EN 795 and BS 8610 compliance documentation
- Inspection and maintenance guidance
Documentation is supplied digitally and in hard copy, giving you clear audit-ready records for the life of the system.
